These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Visibility Checker website and related services (“Service”) operated by Inity Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

AI Visibility Checker is a free online tool that analyzes a website URL you provide and generates a report on how that site may be represented in AI-powered search (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini). The Service may include on-screen results, optional full report unlock (e.g. by providing an email), and PDF download. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only in a lawful way. You must not:

Submit URLs that you do not have the right to analyze or that violate any law or third-party rights.
Use the Service to probe, attack, or overload our or any third-party systems (e.g. excessive automated requests, denial-of-service).
Submit localhost, private, or internal URLs if we have restricted such use.
Scrape, resell, or repurpose the Service or its output in a way that harms the Service or our rights.
Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or others’ use of it.

We may block access or terminate use if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

4. No professional advice; “as is”

The analysis and reports provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, technical, SEO, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the results for any particular purpose. You are responsible for your own decisions and for verifying any information before relying on it. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inity Agency and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, zero).
